These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between ELITETRAVEL VACATIONZ (and/or “we/us/our”) and you, the purchaser or traveler (“Client” and“passenger” and “you/your”). By planning travel with ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ, youagree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ actssolely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier tour operators, cruise lines, hotels,airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and otherindependent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and other services(“Supplier(s)”) and is not the source or provider of the travel services.
ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ accepts all bookings solely as the booking agent for the travelSuppliers on your itinerary. Separate Supplier terms and conditions will apply to your reservationand purchase of travel related goods and services that you select, and you understand and agreethat by booking travel through ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ, you are also agreeing to thebooking terms of each Supplier partner you have selected for your itinerary. You agree that youwill abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any Supplier that you haveselected as a service provider on an itinerary you have approved.
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arisingout of your travel bookings through ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ. By submitting a credit cardauthorization form and/or booking directly through said website to ELITE TRAVELVACATIONZ, you agree to allow ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ to use your payment methodto purchase travel products from our Suppliers on your behalf. EXCEPTING IN CASES OFFRAUD, YOU AGREE NOT TO FILE ANY DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDITCARD COMPANY TO AVOID OR VIOLATE ANY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONSOF ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ OR ITS SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONSOR CHANGES OF ITINERARY OR ARRANGEMENTS FOR REASONS BEYOND THECONTROL OF ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ OR ITS SUPPLIERS. IF YOU ATTEMPT TOCHARGEBACK, REVERSE OR RECOLLECT A PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED TRIPPAYMENT, ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COLLECT ALLADDITIONAL COSTS, FEES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCHCHARGEBACK, REVERSAL OR RECOLLECTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUTLIMITATION, ATTORNEY FEES.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ OFFERS ACCESS TO TRAVEL INSURANCE TOPROTECT PASSENGERS AND THEIR INVESTMENT IN TRAVEL. UNLESSSPECIFICALLY NOTED, TRAVEL INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OFCLIENT’S ITINERARY TO PROTECT AGAINST THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERDEFAULT/BANKRUPTCY PROTECTION, DELAY, INTERRUPTION, MISSEDCONNECTION FOR CRUISES, CANCELLATION, MEDICAL EMERGENCYTRANSPORTATION/EVACUATION & REPATRIATION, BAGGAGE & PERSONALEFFECTS/LOST LUGGAGE & BAGGAGE DELAY, ILLNESS, JOB LOSS PROTECTIONAND CHANGE OF PLANS, ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISABILITY, TRAVELACCIDENT/SICKNESS MEDICAL EXPENSES, AND MORE. PROPER INSURANCE MAYPROTECT YOU FROM FINANCIAL LOSS IN ALMOST ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Withoutappropriate travel insurance, you understand and agree that if you cancel or interrupt your travelfor any reason, portions of the trip/tour may not be refunded and ELITE TRAVELVACATIONZ and travel Suppliers’ cancellation penalties will apply resulting in the loss ofmonies up to the full cost of Client’s travel booking and related costs. The purchase of travelinsurance is not required to purchase any other product or service offered by ELITE TRAVELVACATIONZ, however if you decline to purchase insurance, ELITE TRAVELVACATIONZ may require that you execute an insurance waiver. ELITE TRAVELVACATIONZ is not a licensed insurance broker, and its advisors are not qualified or authorizedto answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, and conditions of any of the insuranceoffered, nor evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage. Anadditional charge applies for any travel insurance selected. It is your responsibility to know whatyour insurance policy covers, and to put alternative coverage in place, if you wish to insure forconditions that are excluded by your policy. ELITE TRAVEL VACATIONZ CANNOTGUARANTEE THAT ANY INSURANCE PROVIDER WILL APPROVE COVERAGE FORA CLAIM MADE UNDER THE INSURER’S POLICY AND MAKES NOREPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE EXTENT OF COVERAGE FOR ANY POLICY IT MAYOFFER OR QUOTE.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right, inour sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions of theTerms will be provided to Clients, will be posted on our website and are effective immediatelyon posting.
EXCURSIONS AND AIRPORT TRANSFERS We kindly remind all customers to arrive ontime for scheduled excursions and airport transfers. If you are late and subsequently left behindor decline to attend a scheduled activity and do not show, no refund will be issued. It is theresponsibility of the customer to ensure timely arrival at the designated meeting point.
